How do the aligners work?
Unlike conventional brace systems which use a series of brackets and wiring to apply force, Invisalign aligners are worn over the teeth. Each one is designed to guide the teeth into a new position before the subsequent aligner can be worn. Gradually over the course of your treatment, your smile becomes straighter.
Will Invisalign aligners affect my speech?
It may take a few days to get used to wearing them, but your speech should be affected.
How often do I need to wear my aligners?
To achieve optimum results, Invisalign aligners need to be worn for a minimum of 22 hours a day, and only removed for eating/drinking and brushing.
